Reported issues which are being addressed:

  • Inconsistencies with chapter quizzes or missing final quiz
  • Certificates with missing information (students providing conflicting information on Personal Information Form)

Issues already resolved:

  • Problem logging into account
  • Daily allowed time not refreshing
  • Students seeing a blank screen instead of their dashboard
  • Course not saving progress when leaving the chapter
  • Students who encounter a course button not responding
  • Course timers not logging correct time spent in chapter material
